WHO WE ARE:
Cross Connects is a small and personable private practice founded in the Catskill Mountain Region. Our mission is to welcome our community members into our hybrid model of telehealth and in person support, meeting clients in the space they feel most comfortable. Our team of Providers work from several locations across NYS specializing in a wide range of Mental Health Services and Support. We strive to provide a welcoming safe space for our various clients to gain the time, service and support they seek and deserve.
Treatment Model: Hybrid
Our main method of treatment is through telehealth services and support through numerous HIPPA compliant portals which our Providers utilize. This allows our clients more flexibility and convenience to complete sessions in any location they feel appropriate.
A minimum of 1-2x face-to-face contacts yearly. Clients and Providers will discuss face-to-face contact in a location they both feel comfortable. This is why we attempt to connect clients with Providers in their demographic area, if able.
